Office Clerk (Mercedes Location)

Purpose and Scope:

Accuread Quality Mobile X-rays is a leading provider of mobile x-ray services in South Texas with a commitment to delivering top-notch medical imaging solutions to healthcare facilities and patients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented office clerk to join our dedicated team. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Office Clerk must be competent in the following:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with organizing and maintaining files, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Customer Service: Interact with clients and healthcare professionals, both in person and over the phone, to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule  appointments and manage the calendar to optimize service delivery.

  • Billing and Invoicing: Assist with billing tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely invoicing of services rendered.

  • Data Entry: Enter patient and client information into the company's database accurately and maintain data integrity.

  • Filing and Record Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring proper storage and confidentiality.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.

 

Education & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in office administration or related fields will be a plus.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic computer operations.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a well-structured workspace.

  • Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and administrative tasks.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining quality work. Consistency in attendance and punctuality is crucial to ensure smooth office operations. 

  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light.

  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

 

The candidate must complete a background check, references check, and drug screen test upon job offer. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $9.25per hour
